We are a manufacturer of box girder transporter in China, supply economical and efficient solution for precast concrete bridge segment transportation. Custom transporter is available. Bridge segment transporter is designed to work together with launching gantry which is an important equipment to minimize the construction period of large span bridge and high speed railway.

Moving and elevating system are pressurized by hydraulic oil cylinder which integrated in the pendulum axles of girder transporter. Transport system can be adjusted to work on uneven road surface condition and maintain uniform axle pressure during precast concrete transportation.

Working theory: Span carrier transports box girder from precast concrete site to bridge building area(beneath launching gantry), then the gantry lifts the bridge section from the transporter and move it forward to next bridge pier. Once the box girder is placed in its position, the bridge segment transport vehicle goes back to collect next bridge construction element.

With technology of variable displacement pump and motor, angular and speed sensor, Girder transporter offers you a self protection system to ensure a safe and reliable transportation in bridge and high speed railway construction.
