Normally, the trailer is towed by a prime mover. If cargo is unusually heavy, we might use two or more prime movers to draw it.
Heavy haulage trailers undertake transport work of transformer, generator, reactor, turbine and other extra heavy goods and weight concentrated cargos.
Via bolsters on top of platform of hydraulic multi axle trailer, heavy payload will be distributed evenly to every pendulum axle. Payload area of the trailer is composed of steel girder.
The cargo can be positioned or fixed in the girder which leave more room space for outsized cargos, and then the trailer can be towed to through height limited road or tunnel. Platform deck can also be lifted and lowered by hydraulic pressure cylinder which is embedded in each bogie. Specialized design and custom order of heavy hauler trailer is available.
